Agreed Order <br /> If the respondent is not a Repeat Vfolator (see Paragraph 1) and has completed <br /> the minimum corrective action described in this citadon, he/she is ellgible to <br /> enter into an agreed order with the city. The agreed order means that the city <br /> agrees that it will not take further action against the respondent regarding the <br /> violations described in this citation as long as there are no further nuisance- <br /> related EMC violatfons for the two-year period following the date of the order. <br /> If the Res�ondent is eli ib e to enter into and agreed order with the citv and <br /> signs the aareed order, the Resoondent is no longer required to a�oear at the <br /> hearing set forth in Paragraph 5. <br /> 7.
