LL�ITT.�TIONS OF INSPECTION The sole purpose of this inspecrion report is to document the asbestos and lead containine building materials discovered in the inspecrion and non destructive sampling of suspect materials by The Knebel Company personnel, at the building located at 2923 Oaks avenue Everett, Washington on January 10�' & 16'�, 2UO2. In sttict accordance with D1ESH?�PS regulations, this site visit consisted of a thorough visual walk throueh of the building for the purpose of viewing and sampling potential ACM.
