EPA S�V 8d6 <br /> PCB Cootaining Light Ballast: <br /> No PCB containing light ballast was discovered during the inspection. <br /> LL�ITT.�TIONS OF INSPECTION <br /> The sole purpose of this inspecrion report is to document the asbestos and lead containine <br /> building materials discovered in the inspecrion and non destructive sampling of suspect <br /> materials by The Knebel Company personnel, at the building located at 2923 Oaks <br /> avenue Everett, Washington on January 10�' & 16'�, 2UO2. <br /> In sttict accordance with D1ESH?�PS regulations, this site visit consisted of a thorough <br /> visual walk throueh of the building for the purpose of viewing and sampling potential <br /> ACM. As asbestos and lead paint surveys are non-comprehensive by nature, The Knebel <br /> Company, Inc. cannot be held liable for materials which require des�uctive means to <br /> access, materials which are hidden from sight(e.g. materials hidden behind walis), <br /> materia(s which cannot be found due to their obscure nature, or which othenvise cannot <br /> be discovered with reasonab(e diligence. <br /> This survey does not include documentation for other hazardous materials that may exist <br /> on site, such as soil contanunat�on due to storage tanks, ete. <br />
