A waste line on the nor[h side of the building <br /> ia not aetisfactory as a aood plug hae been installed and <br /> leaks creating an unsanitary condition. <br /> This inspection was a general sanitary aurvey since there are no <br /> regulati.one to refer to ahich cover apartment houees as such. <br />
