That heretofore and on the 30th day of October� 1963 the Building Inspector of the C1ty of E�erett� and a representative of the �nohomish County Health Department� member of the Sanitation Division� caused the premises referred to in Para�raph 1 to be inspected and found the following conditions to extst� to-wit: (a) The foundation of the building located upon sai�i property is fifty precent deterloraied and in poor condition; (b) The south wall of said building has settled� is out of plumb� and the front wall of said building is in the same condition� (c) There exlst three storage area buildings frontin�; upon Oakes Avenue� one known as 3010 Oakes� and the o.her �wo as S{orape Area No, 1 and S{orage Area No. 2� which adjacent structures to 3012._. O�Jces-are composed of brick walls tha� have deteriorated over f:fty percent; and further� that saiJ described adjacent buildings are supported by joists which are in such decayed condition that they are ready to collapse> (d) The windows and doors throughout the main premises at 3012 Oakes are sa�ging� out of plumb� and noi levelq �e) The walls and ceilinp in the main building are wood lath and plaster� which is cracked� loose and in b�d condition;
