Ingram, seconded by <br /> A1r. Champion and unanimously carried to deny the applicants request <br /> for the follo�oing reasons : <br /> 1. The entire Plat of Valley View shows the front yards are <br /> unfenced. <br /> 2. The purpose expressed by the applicant can be achieved by <br /> screen planting. <br /> 3. No. 1 access to said lot to be the <br /> Westerly twenty (2�) feet of the Easterly 85 feet of Lot 22 , <br /> Block 1, Beverly Hills Div.
