ventilation and improper access to the exterior as required by Building <br /> Codes. <br /> Viewing the roof from the west or northcaest bedrooms , the asphalt shingles <br /> aopear to have mo=� built up. Again viewing the house from the outside <br /> the bathroom does not apnear to be vented. The laundry room does appear <br /> to be vented. Looking at the under portion of the house it seems to be <br /> well supported, some of the under pinning members are in contact with the <br /> ground. It appears that the dryer wiring is above the laundry tray on <br /> the east wall of laundry room and the dryer appears to be placed against ' <br /> west wall of the laundry room where the vent extends to the outside and <br /> the qas line c�mes in. Appears to be a leak in the laundry room roof. <br /> The elctrical system at this time is not energized and it is doubtful <br /> though that fixtures in wet locations are grounded. <br />
