There are 2 multi unit buildings built on the same block with the same lot dimensions as mine"tliat were built in 1985 and in 2Q01.These lots did not meet the same criteria you arc holding my lot to,yet you approved the construction of these 4 unit buildings.Both of these lots fell 6.5 square :eet below the minimum zoning size to build a 4 unit building and they were approved and are now occupied.The 4 plex at 3406 Oakes in fact shares the south property line on my lot and this lot was approved in 1985.The 4 plex at 3426 Oakes was approved and wes built in 2001,just 3 years ago,and that was also below the minimum si�x for what was built. There seems to be an inconsistency in zoning approvat that has shown a bias ageinst my lot and has resulted in my inabiliry to sell my property. According to your letter it shows that your department knew that the property to the south was I 19.87 feet long and you still approved the conswction of a non-confortning building.
