These comments address building issues only. Additional revisions or additions may be required by other departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references relor to the 1997 Uniform Building code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or the Washington State Energy Code, 1997 edition, unless noted otherwise. This, review does not cover submitted mechanical, spriniker, electrical or plumbing documents — these permits must be obtained separately and may require furtner review and submission of plans. In order for the processing of your application to continue, it will be necessary to provide the Building Division with two complete new sets of drawings reflecting the corrections requested. General 1. The occupancies and type o"construction should be shown an the cover sheet. 2. The rear entry doors into the lower units should be shown as one -hour assemblies. Section 302.3 3. One -hour walls (demising and stairs) should be noted on the floor plans with a contrasting poche', cross hatch or each wall should be flagged. 4. The listing for the floor/ceili„b assembly should be provided. The STC and IIC should each be a minimum of 50. Section 1208 (City adopted Appendix). 5. "I he locations of the moisture exhaust and whole -house fans should be shown. 6. Moisture exhaust fan/duct penetrations of the fire -resistive ceilings on the first floor should be provided with approved ceiling radiation dampers or an apprcvM alternate deta;l should be submitted.
