Finish all exposed new or repaired <br />work to match exterior. No wood to remain within 6" of ground. % r� <br />VC24 Q Q (a) install new gutters under all eaves on main building. Provide adequate down- <br />spcu+,s and splash blocks. Apply primer and two coats of exterior paint to match <br />exi:7tEng finish. <br />(b) Install elbows for downspouts and provide splash blocks to carry roof water at <br />last three feet away from foundation. <br />VC25 Q-Istall durable plastic laminate or equal kitchen counter top and back splash after <br />i.= st replacing any damaged or rotted underlay. <br />VC26 Q install at least four 8"xl4" galvanized hardware cloth screened crawl space area vents <br />0 L" mesh (one uaar each corner) to adequately vent crawl space area. <br />Vote: Metal louvered nail on vents are not acceptable. <br />VC27 0 Install an acceptable vapor barrier ground cover over entire crawl space area. <br />VC28 Cl Crawl space shall be graded and sloped to prevent pending of seepage water. Install <br />drain tile in gravel bed connected to suitable outfall to provide positive drainage <br />away from dwelling. Cover entire crawl space with acceptable vapor barrier. <br />VC29 Q Install 1/8" screened hooded roof or 1/8" screened louver gable vents to provide <br />positive cross ventilation of attic space. <br />VC30 Q Submit evidence that the leased Q7 gas furnace burner Q hot water tank han been <br />purchased from the utility company or has been replaced with new equipment and is now <br />part of the realty. (Leased equipment not acceptable). <br />VC31 Q Install new gas or electric _gallon water heater with 3/4" non-adjustable tempera- <br />ture and pressure relief valve with discharge line to outside or interior drain. <br />Leased equipment not acceptable. <br />VC32 Q Install a new forced air, wall, baseboard or other heating system adequate to heat all <br />finished rooms to 700 Fahrenheit. Submit heat loss calculations and installa'i.o.: plan <br />for approval prior to installation. Space or room heaters are not acceptable in <br />dwellings of this type. if electric heat is installed, adequate wiring and service <br />panel are required to meet minirm,m housing standards of authority in jurisdiction. <br />VC33 Q Sand and refinish hardwood floors in the following rooms: <br />Painted fir floors may be repainted.
