I'am sure that you are <br />aware that this property has been posted as unlawful to <br />occupy and was ordered demolished on November 29, 1973. <br />This action was taken because of the housing code violations <br />listed below: <br />1. Room and space dimensions on second floor less than <br />minimum. <br />2. Deteriorated and substandard electrical wiring and <br />service. <br />3. Deteriorated foundation, earth-wood contact. <br />4. Plumbing system deteriorated and substandard. <br />5. Heating system substandard. <br />6. No ventilation in bathroon. <br />7. Interior walls, floors and ceilings deteriorated. <br />S. Structure is open to the public. <br />I have discussed the matter with the Building Offical and he <br />has directed me to forestay the demolition order if you desire <br />to repair the building. The repair work must comply with the <br />present building code and must be accomplished witnin a <br />reasonable length of time. <br />Please contact the Building Inspection Division for the <br />necessary permits.
