An inspection of the area revealed <br />materials used in conducting your electrical business being stored on <br />the premises. <br />The type of business you are conducting from your residence does not <br />comply with the City of Everett Zoning Code. Your residence is located <br />in an R-2 Zone, Si�gle Family High Density Residential. In this zone <br />home occupations are allowed. Your electrical business is not considered <br />to be a home occupation. <br />For a home occupation, there shall be no products so1d, distributed or <br />displayed on the premises. No person other than the occupant of the <br />dwelling shall be employed on the premises. <br />Your business materials and equipment will have to be relocated to a <br />zone campatible with the type of business you are in. � <br />Enclosed are copies of the City of Everett Zoning Code for home occupatlons <br />and R-2 zones for your information.
