(ECI) for the proposed Single -Family Residence in Everett, Washington.
Tile general location of the site is shown on the Vicinity Map, Plate 1. The project will also include grading the access
roadway to the site.
At the time this study was performed, the site, proposed residence location, and our
exploratory locations were approximately as shown on the Test Pit Location Plan, Plate 2.
If the above design criteria are incorrect or change, ECI should be consulted to review the
recommendations contained in this report. In any case, ECI should be retained to perform
a general review of the final design.
SITE CONDITIONS
Surface
Tile subject site is located at 50XX Ocean Drive (see Plate 1, Vicinity Map).
