GEOTECHNICAL ENGINEERING STUDY PROPOSED SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE 50XX OCEAN DRIVE EVERETT, WASH NGTON E-10558 INTRODUCTION General This report presents the results of the geotechnical engineering study completed by Earth Consultants, Inc. (ECI) for the proposed Single -Family Residence in Everett, Washington. Tile general location of the site is shown on the Vicinity Map, Plate 1. The purpose of this study was to explore the subsurface conditions at the site and based on the conditions encountered to develop geotechnical recommendations for the proposed site development. Project 'tescription ECI understands it is planned to develop the site with a two story single-family residence with a basement and attached garage. The project will also include grading the access roadway to the site. At the time this study was performed, the site, proposed residence location, and our exploratory locations were approximately as shown on the Test Pit Location Plan, Plate 2. If the above design criteria are incorrect or change, ECI should be consulted to review the recommendations contained in this report. In any case, ECI should be retained to perform a general review of the final design. SITE CONDITIONS Surface Tile subject site is located at 50XX Ocean Drive (see Plate 1, Vicinity Map). The site (Parcel A) is approximately trapizoidal in shape, extending about 150 feet in the east -west direction and 189 to 258 feet in the north -south direction. The site is bordered on the north, east and west by undeveloped land, on the south by single-family residences. The site topography is shown the Test Pit Location Plan, Plate 2.
