We understand that the <br />development is to consist of constv.: tion of two single family residences <br />within the subject lot area. The evaluated lot area is shown on the enclosed <br />Location Map, sheet M-1. We have not been provided finished floor elevations <br />or the configurations of the proposed residence structures. <br />The scope of services included performance of nine (9) exploratory backhoe <br />(test) pits in the subject property area. The approximate locations of the <br />test pits are shown on the Location Map. <br />+ All elevations mentioned in this report refer to existing grade, and to <br />topographic information shown on a topographic map prepared by Regal a <br />a Associates, Inc., dated July 3, 1990.
