INTRODUCTION The purpose of this report is to present our findings, opinions, conclusions and recommendations for the proposed development. We understand that the development is to consist of constv.: tion of two single family residences within the subject lot area. The evaluated lot area is shown on the enclosed Location Map, sheet M-1. We have not been provided finished floor elevations or the configurations of the proposed residence structures. The scope of services included performance of nine (9) exploratory backhoe (test) pits in the subject property area. The approximate locations of the test pits are shown on the Location Map. + All elevations mentioned in this report refer to existing grade, and to topographic information shown on a topographic map prepared by Regal a a Associates, Inc., dated July 3, 1990. No specific site plans of the proposed residence structures were available for our use. LOCATION a SITE C'LSCRIPTION The site consists of an existing residential lot, located on the east side of
