We understand that the drainage <br />outlet will be tightlined into the site drainage system. <br />We advise that seepage into the building excavation could be an un-going occurrence at <br />this site. In order to insure that this does not become a problem by causing hydrostatic <br />loading of the foundation walls or wet slabs and side walls in the basement area, we <br />recommend that careful attention be given to drainage considerations. The proper <br />placement and backfilling of foundation drains as outlined in the Geotechnical Report <br />should be carefully followed during construction. <br />We trust that this letter of confirmation of beating soil will meet your current needs.
