Provide new beam size, specias and grada. <br />Floor plan does not shov locations of openings in exterior and/or <br />interior walls. <br />3. The 1/2" plywood sheathing indicated in 3 corners is required to be <br />a ninimum of 4'X8' to meet lateral bracing requirements. On at <br />leas� 3 sides, there are either vir.dows or doors chat ara less than <br />4 feet from the corner. Provide minimum lateral restraint panal(s) <br />per enclosad detail. <br />4. Overflow drains shall be connected to drain lines independent from <br />the roof drains. <br />5. Enclosed rafter spaces formed where ceilings are applied direct to <br />the underside of roof rafters shall have cross ventilation for each <br />separate space by ventilating openings protected against the <br />entrance of rain and snow.
