Paint <br />entire house trim with two coats exterior latex enamel, <br />owner choice of color. <br />2. Roofing s Gutters Tear off all existing roofing on <br />original section of house which has two layers of <br />coofing, excluding addition to the west which has only <br />one layer of existing coofing. Tuckpoine existing <br />chimney and replace chimney flashing with new metal <br />flashings. Install new 220N fiberglass composition <br />shingles over entire house, including west addition, <br />over 15N asphalt paper where roofing was removed to <br />sheathing, install in accordance with manufacturer's <br />installation instructions. Register date of application <br />with the manufacturer.
