Install <br />new torch down roofing over sheathing, prepared and laid <br />in accordance with the manufacturer's installation <br />instructions. Incorporate new flashing at roof-wall <br />junction and replace metal drip edge on other sides of <br />the roof. Torch down roofing : Brai or equal. <br />install new continuous aluminum 'R' style gutters and <br />matching downspouts on all eaves. Secure gutters 48" <br />O.C. and slope to downspouts. Seal all joints with an <br />approved gutter sealant. Secure downspouts with pop <br />rivets at all joints and �recast concrete splashblocks <br />at all downspouts. Owner choice of gutter color. <br />s 3�i S� �� <br />3. Ca6inets and Countertops Tear out existing kitchen <br />cabinets and countertops oa south and east walls of <br />kitchen complete. (Owner will keep all cabinets from <br />the east wall.) Tear off e:�isting paneling on the walls <br />and patch sheetrock underr.eath ready for wallpaper. <br />Construct new soffits over all new wall cabinets, <br />covered with gypsum wallboard and taped and spackled for <br />smooth wall finish. Install new vinyl coated wallpaper <br />on kitchen and dining room walls. Material allowance : <br />$14 per roll. Provide sizing prior to installing <br />wallpaper. <br />Install new cabinets and countertops as shown in <br />drawings. Cabinets . Western Cabinet and Millwork <br />Marquis oc equal. Install cabinet's plumb and level and <br />secured to solid backing. Provide spacers, end panels <br />and shims as necessary. Install quarter round trim at <br />base, painted to match ceiling paint. <br />Install new countertop over existing base cabinets as <br />shown. Underlayment :.;jS" high density particle board <br />and 1-1/2" wood self-edge. Install high pressure <br />plastic laminate, owner choice of color and style, over <br />underlayment with contact cement. Install 4" up wall <br />for backsplash topped with aluminum edge. Trim all <br />edges smooth and caulk between counter and backsplash <br />with clear silicone. Cut out for new kitchen sink as <br />necessary. Secure countertop to base 'cabinets. <br />4.
