Aceording to Mr. Dierkhie�ing� whnnaver the temperature e:ceedad 60° the <br /> HVAC unit ie on for approzi�ately [hree to four minutee and ie off for <br /> approziaately five to siz sinutes. This pattern occuned thrnughout the <br /> s�ere of 1988 a� 1989. <br /> 16. Mr. Dierkhiasing submitted that prior to the construction of the rubject <br /> prnperty there ras no �ceaeive noise from the site. He eu�itted that <br /> fro� hia property he cannot hear Prnvidence Hospital or other carercial <br /> establisbente in the araa. Mr. Dierkhiesing eulsitted that ha had not <br /> ba�n able to eit in hia back yard eince 1988 because of the nzcatsite j <br /> noi�e.
