A Public Works Yermit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with Ciry Design and Construction Standards shall be submittcd to the Pubiic Works Department, showing site parking Icyout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all required improvements in the public righl-of-way. Public Works llepartment approval of these drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, approved and warranted beforc the Occupancy Permit is issued. 2. Parking must be per Ciry 'Loning Code and Ciry Design and Consvuction Standards for Development. 3. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact U�e surrounding propertics. 4. This project must comply with the current City of Evcrett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. 5. Special charges for connection to Uic sewer and water systems in accurdance with Ordinance 1'998- 94 and subsequent revision arc applicablc. '1'hesc charges azc based on projec[ed water usage and can be substantial. Applicant is encouragcd to ohtain a copy of the Ordinance and dcterminc estimated charges prior to building permit application. The actual chargcs shall be computcd by the Public Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to thc information on thc approved plans at the titne of building permit issuance. 6.
