INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> The following information is ptovided for the develuper's benefit. These are not SEPA conditions but <br /> are associated with other laws or requirements. All requirements are pre:iminary in nature, and are <br /> based upon the preliminary site p]an and the ordinances in effect at time of submittal for SEPA <br /> review. The proposal must comply with all ordinances in effect at the time a complete buildinR <br /> pernut application is filed, iucluding t6ose not spectfically set forth 6erein. Contect the Planning <br /> Department for information regarding appeals processes for the requirements listed in this document. <br /> Engineering/Public Services — Gordon Witcher <br /> 1. A Public Works Yermit is required for this project. Detailed drawings in accordance with Ciry <br /> Design and Construction Standards shall be submittcd to the Pubiic Works Department, showing site <br /> parking Icyout, landscaping, utilities, storm drainage, temporary construction erosion control, and all <br /> required improvements in the public righl-of-way. Public Works llepartment approval of these <br /> drawings is required prior to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be completed, <br /> approved and warranted beforc the Occupancy Permit is issued. <br /> 2. Parking must be per Ciry 'Loning Code and Ciry Design and Consvuction Standards for <br /> Development. <br /> 3. Any grading/fill on this site shall be done so as to not impact U�e surrounding propertics. <br /> 4. This project must comply with the current City of Evcrett Building Code and Sprinkler Ordinance. <br /> 5. Special charges for connection to Uic sewer and water systems in accurdance with Ordinance 1'998- <br /> 94 and subsequent revision arc applicablc. '1'hesc charges azc based on projec[ed water usage and can <br /> be substantial. Applicant is encouragcd to ohtain a copy of the Ordinance and dcterminc estimated <br /> charges prior to building permit application. The actual chargcs shall be computcd by the Public <br /> Works Department per the ordinance in effect at the time and according to thc information on thc <br /> approved plans at the titne of building permit issuance. <br /> 6. Ciry strcets are to be kept clear uf dirt and debris at all times during construction. Dust <br /> supprc�sion and strcct cicaning nmst on:ur as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 7. Any Uroken or damagcd sidewalk shall bc repaircd/replaced per the Ciry Public Works Inspecror. <br /> 8.
