This <br /> ordinance establishes minimum maintenance requirements for strudures in the CBD in <br /> an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attractive. The ordinance becomes <br /> effective September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter. An <br /> additional letter will be sent in September regarding compliance with this ordinance and <br /> how we can best support you in that effort. <br /> The addressing, vacant commercial tenants, and ovmers referenced on this letter are <br /> compil�d from online resources, and may not be up to date.
