This <br /> ordinance estabiishes minimum maintenance requirements for structures in the CBD in <br /> an effort to keep the streetscape vibrant and attradive. The ordinance becomes <br /> effedive September 1, 2009. A full copy of the ordinance is enclosed with this letter.
