To minimize the visuel <br /> impact created by the larqe bulk of the proposed structure <br /> architectvral relief of the buildinq must be provided where it <br /> has vlsual ex�wsure to Pncific Ave. This may be accomplished <br /> throuqh landsrapinq, signinq, superqraphics, building <br /> desiqn/modulation, building meterials, or a cosbination of <br /> these. Architectural drawings and a landscapinq plan must be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Planning Department prior to the <br /> iseuance of any permits for this proposal.
