Pac:ific Avenue is designated as a "gateway" corridor to the City <br /> of Everett in the City's General Plan. To minimize the visuel <br /> impact created by the larqe bulk of the proposed structure <br /> architectvral relief of the buildinq must be provided where it <br /> has vlsual ex�wsure to Pncific Ave. This may be accomplished <br /> throuqh landsrapinq, signinq, superqraphics, building <br /> desiqn/modulation, building meterials, or a cosbination of <br /> these. Architectural drawings and a landscapinq plan must be <br /> reviewed and approved by the Planning Department prior to the <br /> iseuance of any permits for this proposal. (SEPA Land and <br /> ShorelinP Use Policies) <br /> 2. A signinq plan for the proposal muet be reviewed and approved by <br /> the Planning Department. a free standinq siqn shall be allowed <br /> with a maximum height of 25 feet and a maximum size of 100 sf <br /> per side. All other signs shall be attached to the face of the <br /> buildinq. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> 3. �creeninq of all out<toor refuse disposal areas must be provided <br /> so that they a�e not. visible from adjacent properties or public <br /> rights-of-way.
