INFORMATION FOR DEVELOPER: <br /> 1. Detailed drawings in accordance with City Design and <br /> Construction Standards shall be submitted to the Public Works <br /> Department showinq site parkinq layout, landscaping, utilities, <br /> storm draineqe, temporary construction erosion control , and <br /> all rEquired improvements in the public riqht-of-wny, Public <br /> Works Department approval of these drawings is required prior <br /> to any permits being issued. All improvements shall be <br /> co�pleted, approved, and warranted before the Occupancy Permit <br /> is issued. <br /> 2. The buildinq permit plans and submittal must reflect all <br /> buildinqs on the site, their connection, relative types of <br /> construction, aree separation walls, and exiting and external <br /> openinqs for fire suppression. Fire Department buildinq access <br /> must comply with UBC 3802. <br /> 3. City streets and alleys are to be keQt clear of dirt and debris <br /> at all times durinq construction. Dust suppression and street <br /> cleaninq must occir as directed by the Public Works Inspector. <br /> 4. Performance guarantees are required for the street and utility <br /> improvenenta. <br /> 5. � one-yenr quarantee is required on the public improvements for <br /> an amount not less thnn l0$ of the cost of conetruction and <br /> ahall run for one yenr from the date of issuance of the first <br /> Occupency Permit for the project. <br /> 6. A pre-submittal meeting is recommended �y the Buildinq <br /> Depertment. <br /> 7. The Police Department has the following security <br /> recommendations: <br /> a. The perimeter doors should be solid core metal doors. <br /> Double cylinder dendbolts with 1" throw or 1/4" steel haspa <br /> and 1/2" case hardened shackled padlocks should be <br /> inBtalled. If doors open to the outside or hinqes are <br /> exposed, pin hinges should be provided. To reinforce the <br /> perimeter doors, the Applicant should install angle iron <br /> an� a 2" by 4" or flat steel. <br /> b. Any store front glass doors should have lockinq case bolts <br /> top and bottom on the door. A maximum security deadbolt <br /> ehould be 1 3/4^ laminated steel. <br /> c. Loading dock doors should be metal security doors above or <br /> 3/8 case-hardened steel hasps or chain and padlocks with <br /> 1/2" case hardened steel shackles. <br /> d. Liqhting of the parking lot should be a minimum of 1-2 foot <br /> candles. <br /> e. if ir�stalling a money safe seismic detectors and passing <br />
