The trees and/or shrubs must be a minimum of 3 feet in height at time of plantinq. The intent of this requirement is to screen car lights from the riqht-of-way. If berming a minim?im of 1 foot in heiqht is provided, plant heights may be reduced to 2 feet. Any required landscapinq provided in the public riqht-of-way muat be leased from the City.
