Landscaping must consist of a minimum of 75$ of <br /> the area in groundcover and a minimum of 6 everqreen trees or <br /> shrubs for each 20 feet of frontaqe. The trees and/or shrubs <br /> must be a minimum of 3 feet in height at time of plantinq. The <br /> intent of this requirement is to screen car lights from the <br /> riqht-of-way. If berming a minim?im of 1 foot in heiqht is <br /> provided, plant heights may be reduced to 2 feet. Any required <br /> landscapinq provided in the public riqht-of-way muat be leased <br /> from the City. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> 13. A minimum of 5 percent of the interior of the parkinq aren must <br /> be landscaped. Required landscapfnq is the same as in item 12 <br /> above. (SEPA Land and Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> The lead agency for this proposal has determined that it does not <br /> have a probable siqnificant adverse impact on the environment. An <br /> Environmental Impact Statement is not required under RCW <br /> 43.21C.030(2) (c) . This determination assumes compliance with state <br /> law and City ordinances related to general environmental protection <br /> including but not limited to riqht-of-way improvement require�snts, <br /> drainage, etc. This decision was made after review of a completed <br /> environmental checklist and other information on file with the lead <br /> agency.
