Yacific Avenue is designated as a "gateway" corridor to the City <br /> I of Everett in the City's General Plan. To minimize the visual <br /> impact created by the large bulk of the proposed structure <br /> � architectural relief of the building must be provided where it <br /> �' has visual exposure to Pacific Ave. This may be accomplished <br /> ( through landecaping, signing, supergraphics, buildiny <br /> design/modulation, building materials, or a combination of <br /> ' these. Architectural drawings and a landscaping plan must be <br /> ' reviewed and approved by the Planning Department prior to the <br /> issuance of any permits for this proposal. (SEPA Land and <br /> Shoreline Use Policies) <br /> ' ' 2. A siJning plan for the proposal must be reviewed and approved by <br /> (�� the Planning Depertment. A free standing sign shall be allowed <br /> with a maximum height of 25 feet and a maximum size of 100 sf <br /> per side. All other signs shall be attached to the face of the <br /> building. Screening of all outdoor refuse disposal areas must be provided <br /> so that they are not visible from adjacent properties or public <br /> rights-of-way.
