I spoke with Mr. Tom Thetford about <br /> abandonment of that line by the City. He seems to think the City could grant <br /> that abandonment; if the line in Dakota street can ac.�.ept the additional flow �f <br /> that line. The enclosed su�vey is highlighted with gr�eri !or the sewer I�ne tl-,at 1 <br /> need approval for abandonment from the City of Everelt. The yellow highfighted <br /> area is the line that already exists and takes the additional flow. Thi� li:�e vnwld <br /> now become the main line for the flow into the 48" line. <br /> The project we propose to build is approximately i 30,000 sf of bulk retall s�ace. <br /> The site should be under construction by spring of 1993. The property is <br /> currently under contract to have contingencies romoved by July 15; 1992.
