O. Seiffert property. <br /> Dear Craig: <br /> Enclosed please find a copy of the Group Four survey showing the 16" line <br /> (highlighted in green} on the west side of the property. The line is highlighted in <br /> green to show the area which we would like to abandon. <br /> As per my conversation with Mr. Tom Thetford from the City of Everett, I am <br /> requesting a written discisson on the abandonment for this 16" line by the City of <br /> Everett. My understanding is that there is no flow between the two manholes <br /> marked in red on the drawing. The only flow that exists is to the south of <br /> ma�hole#2 or the drewing. This flow is from current on site operations, which <br /> will cease to exist after demolition of the property is done early next year. <br /> A meeting with the City's planning department and other related departments is <br /> scheduled for July 9th. I hope that we will have a response from your office by <br /> that meeting; as it is crucial to the overall design of the project.
