The Applican[ reque�ted apptoral of a Special Property Use Pec�it for <br /> the resodel of the ezistins buildtng located at 916 Pacific Avenue. The <br /> proposed re�odel vill result in approxisately 36,750 equare feet being <br /> renovated. In addition, the Appllcant reque�ted approral to con�ttuct a <br /> 40,970 equare foot ezpan�ion to the e:istiag hoepltal. As part of this <br /> ezpacsion, the e�ereenc7r entrance to the hospital rf.11 be moved fro� <br /> Nseaau Street to Pacific Avenue a� a patkiag etructure will be bullt oa <br /> Pacific Avenue frontage. <br /> The Appllcaat requeated a variance to allow the parkiag structure on <br /> Pacific Aveaue to have a setback of eeven feet rather than the required <br /> 20 foot aetback. A variance was also requeetc�d to allor the front <br /> building facade of the hospital to be located on the fron� setback line <br /> and that no parking be peroitted on the portion cf t:he building between <br /> the front lat line and the property. <br />
