The enerqency <br /> entrance would be moved from Nassau Street to Pecific <br /> Aven�e. 1, parkinq structure would be constructed on <br /> the Pacific Avenue frontage. <br /> Mdffi287�.S, there was filed with the City of Everett Planning <br /> Department on June 20, 1991, an application for Variances from <br /> Zoninq Code requirements to allow: <br /> a. The parkinq structure to setback 7 feet from the <br /> property line on Pacific �venue, rather than the <br /> 20 feet required by the code; and <br /> b• a variance from Section 16.020E of the Zoninq <br /> Code, which requires that the front building <br /> facade of the hospital be located on the front <br /> setback line and that no parkinq is permitted on <br /> the portion of the property between the front lot <br /> line and the buildinq; and <br /> pEtffitSl1S, after proper notice was given as required by law, a <br /> publlc hearinq was hald on Sapt�mber 19, 1991 before the City of <br /> Everett Lnnd Use Hearinq Examiner; and <br /> MIi�Si�S, after due consideration of the testimony and <br /> evidance submitted at tha puDlic heerinq; and as a reeult of the <br /> p�rsonal inepection of the aubject property and surroundinq <br /> areas; the Heering Examiner made findinqs and conclusiona and <br /> rendered a decision on October 4, 1991, m0 GRIIIrP the Special <br /> Prop�rty Use Permit and Variances with the followinq conditions: <br /> 1. Tha 1►pplicant muet comply with one of the followinq <br /> requirements: <br /> �. Phase ii of the parkinq structure must be constructed <br /> prior to issuance of occupancy permits for the propoaed <br /> expansion/remodel; or <br /> b. The Applicant must implement an aqqressive Transportation <br /> Demend Manaqement program for employees and vo].unteers <br /> prior to iasuance of occupancy permits for the proposal. <br /> The Applicant muet submit to the City a Trnnsiportation <br /> Demand Management program prepared by a qualified <br /> consultant. This plan muet be reviewed and approved <br /> prior tca the issuance of Building Permit� or Occupancy <br /> Permits. <br /> 2. A payment of $10 ,768 must be paid to the City far traffic <br /> mitiqation prior to t:ie issuance of any permits, i�ased upon <br /> the City�s current Interim Traffic Mitigation Policy. if the <br /> traffic policy changes prior to application for buildinq <br />
