This was <br /> achieved by relocatinp fifty directors and supervisors to the Norton Ave�ue temporary <br /> parkinp lot IFootnote 7►, as well as by stack parking employees in the lower 2-1/2 <br /> levels. <br /> The top level of the parape is at the Nassau Street level. This provides direct access <br /> to the Public Parkinp level. Visitors can use the garape stairways and elevator to exit <br /> and move directly to the re.,r entrance of the buildinp (Footnote 61. This entrance has <br /> been revised to be handicap accessible, including new automaticallyactivated doors <br /> and hardware. <br /> Stack parking the employees within the garage provides an additional one hundred <br /> parkinp spaces. 'I'he horton Avenue temporary lot will provide fifty additional spaces. <br /> The aparessive TDM plan currently has sixteen people signed up for car poolinp, <br /> reduci�p demand by eight parking spaces, with additional reductions forthcominp. <br /> This is a total increase of 158 spaces to offset the loss of 107 parkinp spaces. <br /> Construction personnel will not affect the above-listed (igures. Ten parking spaces <br /> will be provided from surplus parkinp at the medical oftice building IFootnote 8) and <br /> an additional three to six spaces will be provided near the construction job shack <br /> (Footnote 91. Any additional work force will park at the Newland office at the east <br /> e�d of Pacific Avenue and shuttled to the site. On-street parkinp will not be allowed. <br /> The attached circulation plan was requested by Kirk Brooks and Wayne Wentz.
