An aqgrieved party has filed a written request for <br /> reconsideration to the Hearing Examiner within ten (10) <br /> working days of the Hearinq Examiner 's decision. It is <br /> lhe discretion of the Hearing Examiner to grant or deny <br /> reconsideration. The final date for reconsidecation is <br /> March 25, 1988. <br /> 2.
