The appl:cation is for the approval of a Special • ' <br /> Property U�f Permit for the constcuction of a one-stocy <br /> building to house a magnetic resonance imaging unit for <br /> the Providence Hospital. The building will be located <br /> on the southwest corner of Pacific and Nassau in the <br /> City of Evecett, Washington. <br /> 2. The Everett Iiearing Examiner has jurisdictional <br /> authority to hold a hearing and to issue a decision <br /> based on the authority granted him in Ordinance 692-80 <br /> as amended. <br /> 3. A Special Proper'y Use Permit is required pursuant to <br /> the provfsions of EMC 19.58.010. The criteria for <br /> review are set forth in the same section of the Everett <br /> Municipal Code. With conditions, the application <br /> satisfies that criteria. <br /> 4. The requested use will be compatible with other uses and <br /> po�ential uses within the gener3l area in that it will <br /> provide for a building that will house a diagnostic tool <br /> for medical research. Such a structure will be <br /> compatible with existing uses. <br /> 5. No significant impact on parking will occur as a result <br /> of the developmer,t of the structure. The parkinq that <br /> will be displaced can be replaced in the parking <br /> structure that is being constructed on-site. <br /> �,�� ; 6.
