8. PROJECT OVERVIEW This project prop��sed over the north side of an existing parcel totaling 0.72 acres. Due to the presence of ex�sting site improvements only 022 acres of the site will be disturbed as a result of this project to construct new parking and loading dock. The existing structure and all other existing improvements will remain on the site. All the new impervious surfaces will be directed to a detention pipe. The detention sys!em discharges to the combined storm/sewer sys•tem within the Paine Ave R O.W. The existing ground cover of grass and gravel in the ares of disturbance will be converted to impervious surfaces as a resuit of this project. The site grades for this project a�e flat, approximately 1%. Limited site grading will be necessary to construct the project w�th the majority of the excavation due to the truck well for the loading dock. In addition, coi;crete wails will be necessary for the loading ramp and the designs are included on the Architectural plans for this project.
