A suspected wed�nd azea in the southem portion of the site was closely inspected. The area occurs at <br /> the toe of the main fill area between the Category IV stream and the tce of the fill. The vegetation is <br /> dominated by Phalaris arundinacea (FacW), Juncus renuis (FacW-), Holcus lanatus (Fac),Agrosris <br /> ofba (Fac). The soil color is very dark grayish brown (lOYR 3/2) without motdes from the surface to <br /> 14 inches below. The soil texture is gravelly fill and was very dry at the time of inspection. This <br /> suspect area was detemvned to not be wetland based on the lack of redoximorphic features in the <br /> soil, indicating a lack of wetland hydrology. <br /> This Wetland Reconnaissance Report is supplied to the Prince of Peace Church as a means of <br /> deternvning regulated sensitive azeas. This ;eport is based lazgel; on readily observable conditions <br /> and, to a lesser extent, on readily ascertainable conditions. No attempt has been made to determine <br /> hidden or concealed conditions. Reports may be adversely affected due to the physical condition of <br /> the site and the difficulty of access,which may le��d to observation or probing difficulties. <br /> The laws applicable to weUands are subject to vazying interpretations and may be changed at any <br /> time by tne courts or legislative bodies. This report is intended to provide information deemed <br /> relevant in the applicant's attempt to comply with the laws now in effect. <br /> The work for this report has conformed to the stat�dard of care employed by wetland ecologists.
