11. As-builts of storm sewer, sanitary sewer, and water systems must be submit';ed
per City Design and Construction Standards and Specifications for Development.
— 12. Treatment of stormwater runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards,
prior to discharge of the stormwater from the site or to a stream or wetland.
Stormwater detentionlretention, quality protection, and treatment raquirements for
this project shall be those requirements in efect at the time of application for
Public Works permits.
- 13. Stormwater detention/retention, quality protection, and enhancement requirements
for this project shall be those requirements in effect at the time of application for
Public Works permits. Three options for stormwater quality enhancement are
presented in the current city standards. The least preferred option is allowed only
if the first two options are infeasible in the opinion of the Public Works
Department. The options for stormwater quality enhancement are, in order of
preference:
1) An infiltration basin designed and constructed according to city standards.
2) A wetpond designed and constructed to city standards.
3) A baffle-type oil/water separator followed by a vegetated swale, both
designed and constructed according to city standards.
14. Given the extent of fill soils on this site, an infiltration basin is probably not
feasible. Therefore, a wetpond will be required.
15. All chemicais or projects of a hazardous or toxic nature that may be used or stored
on the site must be stored under cover and isolated from the storm drainage
system.
—16. Any work within Merrill and Ring Creek's high water mark will require a Hydraulic
Proect Approval from the state Department of Fish and Wildlife.
17. Any on-site fueiing facilities, vehicle andlor equipment maintenance facilities, and
above or below ground fuel storage tank areas shall be designed in accordance
with City standards. NO physical connection to the storm drainage system will be
allowed for repair/service bays or flwd dispensing areas.
18. Wastewater from vehicie wash areas, steam washing facilities, and/or
maintenance facilities must discharge to the sanitary sewer. Authorization from
the City's Industrial Pretreatment Program is typically required for this type of
discharge to the sanitary sewer.
19. The fee per the Interim Traffic Mitigation Ordinance is $14,749.00 which must be
paid prior to issuance of building permits.
20 A pedestrian walkway musl be installed from the office building to the public
sidewalk.
21. A stop sign and stop line must be instalied and maintained at the Merrill Creek
Parkway access.
