The City of Everett prohibits outdoor buming. Therciorc,outdoor buming for the <br /> purpose of disposing of constcuction debris or rubbish will not be pecmitted. <br /> 52. Prcmise identification and all required fire hydrants and access roads must be in service <br /> prior to commencement of construction. <br /> 53. Fire safety practices during construction rtmust be in compliance with the Unifortn Firc <br /> Code, 1985 Edition,Article 87, "Fire Safety During Construction." <br /> 54. For fire safety in multifamily projects with community laundry facilities,the following is <br /> required: <br /> a. A self-closing,solid core door must be installed for the laundry room. Any <br /> restraining device must be activated by an approved smoke detector. <br /> b. A covered metal container must be provided for the disposal of combustible waste <br /> in the laundry room. <br /> 55. The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all know�n, available,and <br /> reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during <br /> construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of <br /> exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site,and installing and <br /> mamtaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is alsa a major <br /> dust source. Any evidence of track-out can trigger violations and fines from the <br /> Department of Ecology or the Puget Sound Air Poll�tion Convol Agency. <br /> 56. 7he proposal must also comply with all other City Code and Ordinance rcquirements not <br /> specifically set fonh herein. <br /> GENERAL INFORMATION <br /> I. The Snohomish County PUD c�rrently has sufficient capacity to serve the proposed <br /> development. For further infortnation about the electrical service requircments for this <br /> project, please call Kurt Martin of the District's Customer Engineering Office, Everett at <br /> 258-8291. <br /> 2. GTE Northwest Incorporatcd will provide service to the site. Nowever, new telephone <br /> cable construction w�ll be required in conjunction with the site development. GTE's <br /> engineering will begin�vhen they are notified of your construction schedules and <br /> telephone requirements. <br /> It will be the developer's responsibility to pro,+ide a suitable combination of conduit and <br /> trenching and/or riser conduit to accommodate GTE's network communications czble <br /> within the complex. Provided that an acceptable combination of conduit and/or trenching <br /> is incorporated into the project to accommodate GTE's entrance cable,there will be no <br /> costs to the developer for GTE's cable. <br /> If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br /> appropriate charges will be estimated and GTE's Guazanty of Payment form will be <br /> fon+�arded to you for your sisnature.
