The Washington State Clean Air Act requires the use of all know�n, available,and reasonable means of controlling air pollution, including dust. Dust generated during construction activities can be controlled by wetting those dust sources such as areas of exposed soils, washing truck wheels before they leave the site,and installing and mamtaining gravel construction entrances. Construction vehicle track-out is alsa a major dust source.
