Everett. <br /> The proposed antennas will te co-located on an existing 150-foot tall monopole which was approved <br /> under SPU #99-017. Co-iocation of the antennas will eliminate the need to construct a new monopole. <br /> Conclusion: The proposed use provides a public benefit. <br /> 2. The adequacy of streets, utilities and public services required to serve a proposed use. <br /> Findin : The proposed use wil! generate approximately one vehicle trip per month for routine <br /> maintenance.
