Natural vegetation should be preserved and landscaped <br /> I �� areas should consist of sod, deciduous and coniferous <br /> trees and hardy ground covering plants. <br /> b. Berms or appropriate screening landscape materials <br /> ��� sufficient to provide a substantial visual buffer are <br /> encouraged between parking areas and other adjacent <br /> properties, and public rights-of-way. <br /> ��� <br /> � c. An irrigation system shall be provided for the parking area <br /> landscaping where necessary to preserve the vegetation. <br /> d. Lighting for parking areas and the exteriors of the <br /> ��� buildings shall be shielded and directed away from adjacent <br /> properties. Liqhting for parking areas within 300 feet of <br /> areas designated for residential uses shall be on light <br /> standards not exceeding twenty (20) feet in height or the <br /> height of any buildings situated between the parking area <br /> and the area designated for residential use, whichever is <br /> taller. <br /> 3 <br />
