2. The proposed development is in an area in�vhich the Snohomish County PUD is currently <br /> upgrading the electrical system. The District espects to be able to serve the development in a <br /> timelv manner. For further information about the electrical service requirements for this project. <br /> please call the District's Customer Engineering Office, Everett at 258-8273. <br /> 3. GTE Northwest Incorporated will provide service to the site. However,new telephone cable <br /> construction will be required in con�unction with the site development. GTE's engineering will <br /> begin when they are notified of your construction schedules and telephone requirements. <br /> If a rearrangement of existing cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, appropriate <br /> charges will be estimated and GTE's Guaranty of Payment form will be fonvarded to you for your <br /> signature. Prior to commencement of GTE's engineermg for such rearrangement, a deposit�vill be <br /> required. To insure timely telephone service, GTE requests ninety (90) days lead time for <br /> engineering, procurement, and installation of cable and/or GTE's equipment. <br /> Please contact Michael Hupf: Senior Engineer. at (206) 356-4052 should you require additional <br /> information. <br />
