Buildines housing high-piled combustiole storage must comply with Article 81, UFC. Prescribed <br /> in tha! article are the plans and specifications submittal (Section 8101.3.2) required to receive a <br /> � � - � certificate of occupancy from the fire department. For a timely review, that information should be <br /> � prepared as soon as possible. If that information v�ill not be reviewed with the Tenant <br /> Improvement documents, then they should be listed on the cover shee[ as a deferred submittal as <br /> outlined in Section 106.3.4.2. The chemical inventory memorandum, prepared by Mr. Rick Berg, does not specify which <br /> category (class I-A, I-B and/or I-C) the listed 3.3 Flammable liquids fall under. As the total <br /> amount of flammable liquids exceed the allowable amount for one control area (the entire <br /> building), a more exact listing will be required. Additionally, all proposed hazardous materials <br /> per Table 3-D and Tab(e 3-E should be provided as well, even if only kept in small quantities. <br /> 3.
