Based on <br /> our understanding of the plan, the proposed project access is consistent with the plan. <br /> Therefore, ws recommend that iha project be ailowed to proceed with the (ollowing <br /> traffic mitigation measures: <br /> • Either connect to tha exiting Cintas driveway or provide a minimum of <br /> 125 ft.
