These comments will address review <br /> comments as well as describe what has been added or changed on each sheet. <br /> C3.1-Grading and Paving Plan: <br /> • Rockery height along the southerly property line has been submitted for review to the planning department. <br /> It was submitteci for review around the middle of October. <br /> • The driveway entrances were called out with standazd detail. 'I'he removal of the Cintas drive was also <br /> called out. Yes, we aze sharing a driveway with Cintas. <br /> • The stormwater outfall was moved to dischazga at the bottom of the regional detention pond. The existing <br /> outlet of the pond was moved during construction to dischazge at the bottom of the regional detention <br /> pond. <br /> • The grading at the north end of the site, near lhe large wetpond, was lowered to match existing grades and <br /> the grades atthe wetpond. <br /> • There is no need for a guazdrail along the east side of the site, because the speed limit for the site should <br /> be less than 15 mph. <br /> C4.1-Storm Plan: <br /> • Some lengths and slopes of the storm system had minor adjustments. There was no change in layout. The <br /> catch basins were double checked for depth to verify type 1 or type 2 catch basins. <br /> • The stormwater outfall was moved to discharge at the bottom of the regional detention pond.
