C5.1-Water Plan: <br /> • The fire hydrant in the truck loading dock area is less than 50' from the building. The location was <br /> coordinated with Bill Long and approved. 'Ihere was no area SO' or more within the loading dock azea <br /> where this hydrant could be placed. <br /> • Water easement was called out on the plans. <br /> • 'Ihe water system was double checked for accuracy and minor corcectiors were completed. <br /> C6.1-Sanitary Sewer Plan: <br /> • Some of the manholes were changed to Type 3 manhole because of the depth. <br /> • The 0.5% slopes were held because of the unknown, at this !ime, extent of the tenant improvements within <br /> the building. The "futme building" area also needs to be serv�d by this sewer system and steeper slopes <br /> could not be accommodated. <br /> C7.1-Notes and Details: <br /> • Trash Rack detail added. This was added to both ponds oudet pipes. <br /> • Screen was added to typical control structure.
