GTE iYorthwest Incorporated has facilities near this location. However, any building <br /> entrances must be coordinated at least 60 days in advarice. The cost of any relocation <br /> of GTE facilities that is required to construct the new aparUnents will be at the total <br /> ezpense of the developer. Any relceation will take 60 to 120 days. Please contact <br /> Debbie Condron, Engineer-OSP at 356-4053 if you have any questions regarding this <br /> building entrance. <br /> 4. GTE Northwest Inco rated will provide service to the site. However, new telephone <br /> cable construction wi I be required m conjuncdon with the site development. GTE's <br /> engineering will begiu when they are no�fied of your construction schedules and <br /> telephone requiremenu. <br /> If a reamangement of ezisting cables on premises or on the right-of-way is necessary, <br /> appropriate charges wili be estimated and GTE's Guaranty of Payment form will be <br /> forwazded to you for your signature. Prior to commencement of GTE's engineering <br /> for such rearcangement, a depos�t will be required.
