13. Any broken or damaged sidewalk shall be repaired/replaced per the City Public Works Inspector. ' <br /> 14. Walk�vays must be provided from each building to the public sidewalk. <br /> 15. A sidewalk must be installed on the Seaway Blvd. frontage per Ciry design standazds. <br /> 16. All exposed ground must be reseeded within 30 days of the completion of conswction. If <br /> reseeding is not practical duc to weather or seasonal problems, the ground must be covered with <br /> mulch as directed by the City Engineer. <br /> 17. Temporary erosiun control measures for construction activity must be operational prior to <br /> commencement of any clearing or earthwork. <br /> 18. The regional detention pond located northeast of this site, on the east fork of Powder Mill Cmek, <br /> �vas sized to receive runoff from ihis site. On-site detention will not be required for srormwater <br /> runoff conveyed lo this pand. However, treatment of stormwater runoff in accordance with <br /> current City standards, will be required for pavement runoff routed to the regional detention <br /> pond. <br /> 19. Previous approvals for this project sitc called Cor routing a small flow of water into die native <br /> grouth areas at the rear of the site to provide a water supply for wildlife in the area draining west <br /> to the mair� branch of Powder Mill. Given thr. discharge locztion of this lot and its orientation <br /> relative to Seaway Bouldevard, this previous reyuirement will not be applied to this site. <br /> 20. Treatment of stormwater runoff from paved areas must occur, per City standards, prior to <br /> discharge of the storm�vater from the site or to a stream or wetland. Stormwater treatment is <br /> currendy required when 5,000 square feet of pavement is created by a project. The preferred <br /> options for stormwater treatment are: <br /> 1) an infiltration basin, if suitable soils cxist on the site � <br /> 2) a wetpond i <br /> 3) a constructed wedand <br /> 2 L All storn�water facilities must bc designed in accordancc with Ciry standards.
