Sly, 6914 ttorgan Road, Everett <br />(address) <br />(specific variance requested) <br />Front yard setback requires each structure to be 20 ft. from front property line and <br />side yard setbacks, require eacfi struceure to be 6 ft. from the side property line. <br />The applicant will be 1 ft. from side property line and 10 ft. from front property line. <br />on the following described property: Loc 106, 8everly Hills �ivision I15 <br />AND, WHEREAS, June 27, 1983 was fixed as the date of <br />hearing on said application and proper notice having been given as required by law, and <br />WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on said date and the City of Everett Board of <br />Adjustment, after reviewing all testimony, made the findings, conclusions and decisions as contained <br />in the attached Board of Adjustment Report. <br />Approve: <br />1.
