Restoration shall include but not be limited to, the replacement of all <br /> improperly removed ground cover with species similar to those which were <br /> removed or other approved species such that the biological and habitat <br /> values will be replaced, improper fill removed and slope stabilized. <br /> E. Restoration shall also include installation and maintenance of interim and <br /> emergency erosion control measures until such time as the restored ground <br /> cover and vegetation reach sufficient maturation to function in compliance <br /> with the performance standards adopted by the City. <br /> Required Corrections: <br /> 37.070 Supporting Information Required. All land uses and developments proposed <br /> on or adjacent to lots or parcels listed, identified, inventoried, classified, or <br /> rated as environmentally sensitive shall include supporting studies, prepared to <br /> describe the environmental limitations of the site. No construction activity, <br /> including clearing or grading, shall be permitted until the information required by <br /> this Section is reviewed and approved by the City. Such studies shall contain the <br /> following information and be prepared by one or more of the experts listed in <br /> paragraph D of this Subsection: <br /> A. A description of how the proposed development will or will not impact each <br /> of the following on the subject property and adjoining properties; <br /> 1. Slope stability, erosion, and landslide hazard; <br /> 5. Existing vegetation as it relates to wetlands, steep slopes, soil <br /> stability, and natural habitat value; <br /> 6. Other environmentally sensitive area characteristics and functions; <br /> B. Recommended methods for mitigating identified impacts and a description of <br /> how these mitigating measures may impact adjacent properties. <br /> C. Any additional information determined to be relevant by the City or by the <br /> professional consultant who prepared the study. <br /> D. Such studies shall be prepared by experts in the area of concern which at a <br /> minimum shall include the following individuals: <br /> 3. Steep Slope Hazard Area, Springs, Seeps, Drainage Corridor: Geologist <br /> or Geotechnical Engineer; <br /> 4. Streams, Rivers, Riparian Areas, Drainage Corridor: Biologist with <br /> stream ecology expertise; <br />
