The detached accessory buitding fails to meet the minimum setback for living space <br />therefore, conversi�n of this building into a living unit may be d'fticult. Also, if conversion <br />of the site into lwo legal dwelling units is desired, the building is located in what appears <br />to be the only viable area to provide the code required parking. <br />Presently, the City recognizes one dwelling unit with one room being used for boarding <br />purposes. No additional pa�icing is required on site at this time, however if the use of the <br />property changes as described above, the property must be brought into full compliance <br />with all zoning and building code standards. <br />I hope this solution will be accep!able to you. You will need to record this letter on Title <br />for this property so any future owners understand the limitations of the site, and provide <br />proof of recording to the Ciry within one week of the date of this letter. No additional <br />permits are required at this time, provided the cooking facilit;es in the basement and <br />detached building are removed; no additional enforcement action will take place at this <br />time provided the conditions of this letter are met.
