These <br />comments address building issues only, additional revisions or additions may be required by other <br />departments (such as Utilities, Planning or Fire). All references refer to the 1994 Umform Build�ng <br />Code, as amended by the State of Washington and/or Washington State Energy Code 1995 Edition, <br />unless stated otherwise. <br />In order for the processing� of your application to continue, it will be necessary to <br />provide the Building Divis►on with two complete new sets of drawings retlecting <br />the corrections requested. <br />1. Please provide dimensions and conswction details of ramps and stairs. <br />2. A 20 foot minimum yard is required between the existing building and the <br />temporary building, including ramps, stairs, etc. <br />Upon resubmittal of the drawings, your application will be given priority and plan review will <br />recommence. <br />All required submittals shall be of sufficient detail and contain sufficient information to ensure that <br />the proposed strucmre will be constructed in compliance with all adopted codes. <br />Sincer l <br />e .
