In that situation no a�c person was directly responsible to see <br />j that the work was being carried out in an efiiclent and timely manne:. I then <br />crcated the posttion of a Public Works Director to be responsible for coordinating <br />all the va�ious departments fn Public Works. Ne have just recently hired a wetl <br />!, qualified person to f31! that positfon.
